| My experience is vegetable fiber helps. However, same kind of fiber would not work as well in the following days. For example, first day eating spinach helped while second day was still OK but third day was no help at all. Then, switch to cabbage. Same story happen again: day one was good, day two was OK, day 3 got no help. Switch to broccoli, same thing happened again. So, I have to take many different kinds of vegetable to get fibers to help. Enzyme or cultured probio drink did not help me at all.... |
